Our Fearless Flyers program makes it easy and more affordable for qualified families to get the products they need. Simply download our Medical Form, have it completed by a medical professional, and submit it along with our online Request Form below to verify your eligibility. Once approved, you will be emailed a unique discount code to purchase your product.

FAQs

How do I know if my family is qualified for the program?
To qualify for the Fearless Flyers program discount, your medical care provider (usually a board-licensed medical professional – can be a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, physical therapist, or child life specialist) must determine that your child will benefit from the use of a specific Radio Flyer product. There must be a benefit (whether it is emotional, physical, psychological, and/or social) to the patient in using a Radio Flyer product. Radio Flyer does not determine if the patient is eligible for this special discount.

I completed my Request Form. When will I hear back about my discount code?
Upon submission of your Request Form, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your discount code. Our team will reach out if any additional information is required.

Does my code have an expiration date?
Codes are valid for 30 days after emailed. Your discount code is unique and can only be redeemed once and on the product specified in your application.

Can my family receive more than one discount?
Forms can be filed for a unique discount one time per calendar year per household.

What are the terms and conditions of the discount?
Enter your unique promo code to receive 25% off a specified product on radioflyer.com. Specified product is the product indicated on your signed Medical Form. Limit one offer/promo code per order; cannot be combined with other promotions including special pricing or sale items. Valid for 30 days after issued. Product MUST be purchased directly from our website. All purchases will require the use of the discount code at the time of purchase. Flyer electric bikes and replacement parts are not eligible for this program. Not valid on previous purchases, gift card purchases, taxes, or shipping charges.
