Why is the product being recalled?  A wire exiting the handle can be damaged when rotated, causing the motor to activate unintentionally, even when force is not applied to the handle.

When and where was this product sold?  It was sold at Toys R Us and Radioflyer.com from August 2017 through January 2018.

Where was the item manufactured?  It was manufactured in China.

How do I verify if I have this product in my home?  The model number for this product can be verified by the information located on the handle bar warning label. The label contains the model #3912. See images above for location on handle bar.

Where can I recycle my Radio Flyer?  To recycle the battery, please use the Call2Recycle locator to find a rechargeable battery recycler near you. Go to http://www.call2recycle.org/locator/. Please do not dispose of your Lead-Acid or Lithium Ion Batteries in your regular household trash. To recycle the wagon, please consult your local recycling center for specific instructions or go to http://www.earth911.com to find a recycling program near you. Note: you must retain the wagon until you receive your reimbursement.
