Our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee’s goal is to increase the diversity of our workforce and ensure an inclusive office environment. This group advises our Chief People Officer on training, onboarding, action plans, and creating team-building events and exercises to help Flyers to connect on a deeper level.
