WHAT IS COVERED?
The Radio Flyer Company warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship occurring under normal use for a period limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase if the product is not registered with Radio Flyer and two (2) years from the date of the original purchase if the product is registered with Radio Flyer within one (1) year of the date of the original purchase of the product (dated sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). If the product was purchased from https://www.radioflyer.com on or after July 25th, 2018, it is valid for a two (2) year warranty.
Wearable components including, but not limited to, wheels, treading, and handgrips will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 90 days.

Note that proper maintenance and care will extend the lifecycle of your bike. Wear components will require replacement over time as part of regular maintenance schedule. EXCLUSIONS
WHO IS COVERED?
This warranty only covers the original purchaser of the product. The warranty is only applicable within the country of purchase and the warranty will be null and void if the product is used outside of the country of purchase. The warranty cannot be transferred to any other person. The product must have been assembled and maintained per the product instructions.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This warranty does not cover:
- improper assembly
- misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use; or use of the product other than for its intended purpose;
- damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance;
- products that have been modified or altered;
- corrosion
- cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear, or
- any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship, including normal wear and tear of any Covered Component
- Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes).
- Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the bike’s owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.
- For the avoidance of doubt, The Radio Flyer Company will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
- Modification to the bike outside of the original design will null and void the warranty.

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

To exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Covered Component under this Limited Warranty, you must:
- Contact the Customer Service team by email at customerservice@radioflyer.com or by phone at 1-800-621-7613. Customer Service will work with you to diagnose the issue and identify solutions.
- If the Customer Service team determines that a Covered Component must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective Covered Component and receiving the replacement.
- After you receive the replacement Covered Component, Customer Service will also assist in determining how to
replace or install the new Covered Component into your bike.
- Replacement Covered Components under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.
- Should Customer Service determine that a reputable shop is required to replace or install the new Covered Component into your bike, Customer Service must approve all work and associated costs prior to service. Each service will have a max reimbursement amount.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Please note, The Radio Flyer Company uses a rigorous testing process to ensure our packaging will protect our product during shipment. Cosmetic damage to the carton is to be expected during shipment: note that the packaging is designed to absorb the wear of transport, while protecting the product inside. If you believe you received a damaged package, prior to contacting Customer Service, please open the package and remove the full contents of the package. If there is damage to part of the product, please contact Customer Service to receive a replacement part under warranty.
Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to immediately inspect the product for damage upon receipt. The Radio Flyer Company will replace a Covered Component that is damaged during shipment if you:
